Conference Championship Alert: Atlantic Sun, Ohio Valley

Two more conference championship matchups are set for today, after last night's semifinal results:

• Jacksonville vs. East Tennessee State, Atlantic Sun (ESPN2, 6 pm) - The top two teams in the A-Sun lock horns for the third time this season after splitting two very close regular season games. Jacksonville seeks its first Tourney bid in 23 years, while ETSU looks for its third bid of the decade. Fun fact of the day: Jacksonville went all the way to the National Championship game in 1970 before losing to UCLA.



• Austin Peay vs. Morehead State, Ohio Valley (ESPN2, 8 pm) - The sad news here is that Lester Hudson and his top-seeded Tennesee-Martin squad fell last night to Morehead State, depriving the national audience of the opportunity to see him strut his stuff. The senior guard is second in the nation in scoring (behind Steph Curry), but will now have to close out his career at the NIT. Morehead State will try to beat Drake Reed and Austin Peay for the third time this year to go Dancing.
