Auto Bid Alert: NORTH DAKOTA STATE (featuring buzzer beater!)

As Shankar noted below, North Dakota State (26-6, 16-2 Summit) was trying to dance in its first year in Division 1. Well, they did it. Ben Woodside and Brett Winkelman led the Bison back from 12 down with 9:30 left, as Oakland choked away their bid.   After Michael Tveidt hit a 3 pointer to put NDSU ahead 64-62 for their first lead since 2-0, Oakland ran the clock and executed well to score on a tying dunk.  With NDSU opting not to call timeout (something that's not done enough in my opinion), Ben Woodside brought the ball down, dribbled inside the circle, and hit an 18-foot leaner with 3.3 seconds left. Oakland clanked their desperation 25-footer (which was a decent look actually) as time expired.  Embrace the Madness. It's on.
